Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched in 2-3 days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but we work to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly and early as possible.

We, at alltheway, encourage thoughtful purchases.
Every alltheway garment is produced with utmost care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and the stage we are in right now, returns are not offered unless there is a verified issue with the order. We understand each situation is different, so we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution for each request. If something isn’t right, simply reach out to us, we’ll work with you to resolve it thoughtfully and fairly.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping throughout India.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or defective, or
An incorrect item has been delivered
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alltheway.in with your order number and clear images of the issue. Our team will review the request and assist you with the next steps. Returns are only processed within 2 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges subject to availability.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, an alternative resolution will be provided at our discretion.
ELIGIBILITY
Items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags
IMPORTANT
Requests made beyond the stated timeframe or items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to reduce unnecessary movement of products and operate responsibly.
REFUND
The approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
International
SHIPPING
Shipping is included in the price. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days.
For orders within the European Union, no customs duties apply on orders below €150. However, local VAT may be collected by the courier at the time of delivery on all orders. For all other international orders, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are collected at delivery.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders at the moment, unless:
